Current Work
In 2025, SelectGlobal reached out to Shauna to find workarounds for rapid changes in global trade between the US military suppliers and Perth businesses looking to supply to Australian defence. Shauna and SelectGlobal identified three areas of focus:
- Exports to the US blocked by US tariffs and trade policies
- Imports to Australia and Asia from the US blocked by local retaliatory tariffs
- Delivery blocked by trade barriers (for example, the origin of source materials)
SelectGlobal proposed to leverage small-batch manufacturing and adapt to monthly changes in trade conditions.
